With the great social media response to last year’s document (available here) we’re back again with some further Mental Fitness tips for 2018. Last year we covered a lot of ground, used up a lot of ammo perhaps, but this year with a focus on sports psychology and some parallels to everyday life we hope to overcome the ‘difficult second album’ syndrome!
As before the aim is simple practical advice that we can all take on, whether for ourselves or those around us, and whether for now or for the future. We hope you enjoy it and that you find it a useful resource for further reading.
