Many thanks to everyone who took part and helped out for the 10K and 5K races today. Everything went well and the sun shined throughout the race. Many thanks also to Ryan’s Centra Askeaton and Twohigs SuperValu Askeaton for supplying water,fruit and food for everyone taking part. Well done to Michael Carmody on winning the mens 10k and Sheila Clavin on winning the ladies event. Our own club player Mike Neville was second home, while local runner Vivienne Ranahan was close behind in 4th. Sean Mac won the 5k event.
